What happens next
- We typically reply within two working days to arrange a call or visit.
- We agree a time. Evening and weekend visits are available.
- We come to the property and walk it with you. It usually lasts around two hours.
- Afterwards, we send you a written summary covering what's possible, any planning risks and a rough idea of cost.
- If you want to go further, your design fee is fixed and agreed in writing before any design work starts.
Your first visit is free, with no obligation, and we never follow up with pushy sales calls.
